Menu honoring Thomas Addis Emmet, M.D. Event held at the Waldorf Astoria on January 8, 1916. Cover illustration: frontal and profile portraits, apparently depicting Thomas Addis and Robert Emmet, surrounded by emblems of his accomplishments, including medals awarded. Inside is a photogravure reproduction of a photograph of Thomas Addis Emmet (with a reproduction of his signature) by Anna Frances Levins, who is listed as the official photographer on the officers' page. The last page contains the text of the song "America." Menu tied with red, white, and blue ribbon. 2 copies, one containing seating chart.
