Scope and Contents: This series consists of Interviewee Files. Each file contains an abstract of each interview and additional information about the interviewee, such as resumes and correspondence, if available. The arrangement of the files is alphabetically by interviewee's last name. The abstracts include brief biographical statements and scope and content notes. The abstracts correspond to a time message on track two of each researcher copy. Each abstract includes an index to proper names (people, advertising campaigns, locations) and to a limited number of subjects discussed in the interview. A "master index" compiles all these indexes into a single listing.

Collection Restrictions: Researchers may use reference copies only. The interview with Charles Chaplin is restricted and may not be copied or quoted until his death.
