Scope and Contents: Sotho Mothers and Children, 1941. Photographic image of two women holding their respective children. The woman on the left is sitting and the woman on the right is standing. Behind them is a circular homestead with no roof. The walls are cracked and some pieces of the broken clay wall are missing. There are bundles of long grass inside the homestead. Photograph by Constance Stuart Larrabee, 19471.; There are no prints of this negative in the Constance Stuart Larrabee Collection. EEPA produced an 8x10 study print for reference purposes.
