- Original title reads, "The Institute of Administration at Zaria, where Northerners are trained to fill clerical and administrative posts in local government units throughout the Northern Region. In the picture, we see some students studying town planning, grouped around a model which is used to illustrate some of the problems in town planning and their solutions.
