Scope and Contents note: The files contained within this series contain correspondence, photographs, slides, occasional study drawings, exhibition and commission materials, and financial materials relating to the representation and sale of individual artists' work. Arrangement is alphabetical by surname of the artist. Occasionally artists' entries are broken down further by type of material. Each letter of the alphabet also has a Miscellaneous section for materials on artists for which the gallery did not establish a file.

Collection Restrictions: The collection is open for research. Use of unmicrofilmed material requires an appointment.
