- Writings and notes are by both Daniel Putnam Brinley and Kathrine Sanger Brinley. These include one diary of Daniel's and fifteen of Kathrine's. There are also numerous notebooks, essays, prose, lecture notes, research notes, travel essays, notes about religion, autobiographical essays, and poetry. Among Kathrine Sanger Brinley's writings are numerous engagement calendars.
