- Figural scene in landscape. At left, the figure of Adam stretches his left arm out to reach the apple, which Eve receives from the snake, whose upper body is formed by the bust of a woman. Adam and Eve sit at the foot of the Tree of Knowledge. Two rabbits are in the lower left corner. Saturnus or Death sits still sleeping in the lower right corner, hidden in shadow. Beside him are a scythe, skull, and hourglass. Framing lines in pen and ink and black crayon.
