On view are 26 examples of Lichtenstein's works that reveal the influence of classic Chinese landscape paintings, along with 6 Chinese works that inspired him. Between 1994-1997, the artist—famous for his "pop art"—adapted his technique to produce a series of paintings, collages, and drawings that captured the style of the classic Song dynasty.
