- Multi-colored feather costume piece worn by André 3000 of Outkast. Long synthetic feather boas in solid colors are adhered to a set of oversized black shoulder pads so that they fall in long streamers, dragging on the floor when worn. The boas are each one color, but are attached for a multi-colored rainbow effect.
