Description

Photostatic reproduction of a perspective drawing, showing a building in modified "T" shape, the bar of the letter toward foreground and three stories high with continuous bands of windows; the stem of the "T" four stories high with lower buildings for workshops and laboratories at one side of its end. Photographs of two smaller-scale plans affixed, lower right corner.
