- Commemorative bandana of the Declaration of Independence with signatures and surrounded by seals of the thirteen states and portraits of Washington, Jefferson and Adams printed in deep red on yellow. In the lower corners are scenes of the Boston Tea Party and General Burgoyne's surrender to General Gates at Saratoga.
