LiveSafe is a free mobile safety application used by organizations and communities across the United States to send and receive emergency information. The Smithsonian uses LiveSafe to deliver emergency alerts that make the Smithsonian community aware of natural, technological and security threats. The Smithsonian LiveSafe tool also enables users to report information to the Smithsonian Communications Center.
