- This is in a scrapbook in the front of Box 41 entitled 'Some of the Prime Exhibits in the Smithsonian Institution, U.S. National Museum and National Air Museum. Prepared for Mr. J.E. Graf by the National Air Museum.' Also includes all the flights of the aircraft.
- Summary
- "Spirit of St. Louis," in which Charles A. Lindbergh made the first non-stop flight to Paris from New York, suspended in the Arts and Industries Building. Label reads "Deposited by Colonel Charles A. Lindbergh." Photograph shows visitors looking up at the aircraft. The "Spirit of St. Louis" was actually flown to the Smithsonian by Lindbergh and put on display in 1928.
