- This package contains powdered coffee and cream with sugar added, which was freeze-dried for ease of packaging and storage during flight. It was flown on the Apollo 11 mission in July, 1969 but as it not used, it was returned to earth.
- The drink was easily reconstituted by the astronaut with a water probe which dispensed one half ounce of hot or cold water as required, each time the trigger button was pressed.
- Transferred to the National Air and Space Museum from NASA in1986.
