No. 621,732.” George Seabury was a founding partner of Seabury & Johnson, a firm of pharmaceutical chemists established in New York in 1873. Daniel M. Appel (1854-1914) was an Army surgeon who focused his care on soldiers with consumption (aka tuberculosis).
