- This is a 1950s-era flying rocket model in its retail package. Built of wood, rubber, and plastic, it was produced by an unknown manufacturer in the former Czechoslovakia. The model did not have a motor which propelled it, but instead was launched by a strong rubber band.
- G. Harry Stine, an American pioneer in the field of flying rocket models, donated the model to the Museum in 1973.
