- This holiday card consists of two postcards glued together.
The front features a photograph by Lucien Roisin of a flamenco dancer with the caption: Andalucia tipica, una bailarina, Carmen Vargas, une danseuse. The dancer's dress has been embellished with embroidery, presumably by Matta.
The back includes a brief handwritten note from Matta to Cornell (whom she addresses as "Jo Jo"). - Citation
