- Ballpoint pen of amber and colorless transparent plastic with silver tip and black rubber grip. Yellow and black paper within the barrel reads: "Treat Minimal or Moderate North American Crotalid Snakebite with CroFab Crotalidae Polyvalent Immune Fab (Ovine)." A silver metal strip runs along the barrel, pulling the strip allows the used to unspool a paper strip from within the barrel. The paper strip is printed on both sides, depicts a snake, and contains safety and dosage information for use of CroFab antivenom. The pen is contained in a cellophane wrapper along with a folded and rolled paper insert.
