- A color photographic reproduction of the site of the Citicorp Center under construction under a gray sky. The steel framework of the central office tower dominates the sheet and extends off the shet at top. A red crane is at center. Street corner and older buildings at bottom center and right. One building presented is "Di Palma" English and French Antiques. The title, CITICORP / CENTER, is presented in white block letters at lower right corner. In white, number 1 at lower left edge. Section of text in black at upper left corner and another section below, in white. A white band streches across bottom edge of sheet.
