- A pencil and charcoal sketch on paper. Landscape of an area that was part of the Second Battle of the Marne during World War I. A railroad track runs through the center of the sketch, bordered by fields where some of the fighting took place. An inscription at the bottom of the sketch reads, "2nd Battle of the Marne - Railroad Embankment at Mezy - Sector of the 38 Regt."
