- Description
- On October 24, 2008, in New York, New York, the Postal Service issued a 42-cent Hanukkah stamp in a pressure-sensitive adhesive pane of twenty stamps. Ethel Kessler of Bethesda, Maryland designed the stamps. This stamp design was previously issued with a 37-cent denomination in 2004, a 39-cent denomination in 2006, and a 41-cent denomination in 2007.
- Forty million stamps were printed in the offset process with microprint "USPS" by Ashton Potter (USA), Ltd., Williamsville, New York.
